In this modern society where information and mechanization are highly developed, there are not enough professionals who can overview the complicated large-scale systems and major problems that occur in the construction and management of large-scale systems. To promote further innovative changes and increase Japanese international competitiveness in such conditions, it is urgent to train professionals that can devote themselves to the research and development, while keeping an eye on the overview of the whole system. We try to train such professionals.
This program focuses software, information communication network, production systems and human-machinery systems. We provide courses on a wide range of system solutions from production systems for manufacturing based on the focused items, to a variety of business systems. We train professionals that have basic, internationally-accepted academic skills, and can analyze, design, construct, manage and evaluate a variety of production systems and business systems by utilizing new technology for manufacturing and information and communication technology, and can lead system development projects.
